We are very fortunate to have the return of Chef Javier Perez to the Park Cities & his creations are very well loved in the Dallas area for over 30 years. He believes in using the freshest ingredients available & makes almost everything from scratch. From all our amazing desserts, the home made breads, artisan pastas, gnocchi, tasty pizza, always the freshest seafood flown in & the best meats available!
Javier Perez came to the Texas in 1984. He wanted to be a Doctor but discovered his passion of foods here in Dallas & loved the creativity of working with his hands. He first opportunity came working at Radcliffe Continental Seafood. He had stops at San Simeon & Sffuzzi through 1991 when they were the trend setters. With more creative experiences at Nicholini's Seafood Grill through 1999. Plus McCormick & Schmick's 2003.
Been featured in D Mag, North Dallas Living, and Channel 4 TV. Along with the magazine and television features, he has worked with most all the well known Chefs in Dallas over 40+ years! He started Crudo Taverna 2016 in Frisco as partner and now the opportunity to do CRUDO Italian in Preston Center.
